We had this crazy idea. 

There’s a small island on the Pacific coast of Canada with 900 people, one general store, two ferries away from the nearest town. In 2018, we sold everything, packed their bags, and left.

Trees & Shadows is Mantranima's second album, composed during their stay in a forest house off the Pacific Coast of Canada.

A turn from their debut album, the release explores a new ambient sound for the duo, combining English & Catalan lyrics, mantras, and mystic-sounding undertones.
